We provide “small-cap” oriented investors exposure to some of the most exciting growth companies in the world. We do this through a combination of research reports and stock recommendations that have produced a winning track record since our firm’s inception. We also assist the corporate issuer in acquiring growth capital by investing our own funds and those of our many high net worth investor partners. Our track record in such endeavors is impressive due to our rigorous due diligence process conducted by our highly experienced analytical staff. In our investment activities we take a hands-on approach where we help guide the management team relative to future capital acquisition, shareholder and press communications, marketing strategies, and many other growth related aspects of their businesses. This unique combination of services is performed for our client companies and the investment community in appearance to the highest levels of ethical standards, securities regulations and good business practices.

Why We’re Better
Emerging Growth Research, LLC provides a unique service to both corporate issuers and “small-cap” investors. Simply put, there is no other firm like us.
For publicly traded growth companies, we provide a unique combination of services that include aspects of merchant banking, public relations, investor relations, and management consulting. We often take a role as quasi-members of the management team in order to assist in capital acquisition, shareholder communications, strategic planning, and business development. As many executives at small cap growth companies well know, there are many unscrupulous and unreliable firms engaged in the business of merchant banking and investor relations. Client retention is extremely important to us, and our list of CEOs is extensive. We believe our client list speaks volumes about our effectiveness, ethics and level of integrity. For members of the investing public, we also provide a unique service. We use our extensive financial and analytical experience to select only the growth companies we believe offer superior returns to investors. Then, we place our own capital on the line usually acquiring restricted shares that must be held for a predetermined timeframe. Investors should feel confident in following our stock recommendation advice — as our capital is usually invested right alongside theirs.
Our Social Good
We preserve a portion of all fees we collect, which usually take the form of restricted stock that must be held long term, to support our favorite charities. For 2010, we have selected two charities: Malaria No More, the New York-based nonprofit, non-governmental organization that makes high-yield investments of time and capital to speed progress, unlock resources, mobilize new assets and spur the world toward ending malaria deaths and San Francisco-based Spotlight on Heroes, which focuses attention on the everyday heroes who organize and operate charitable organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Emerging Growth Research, LLC — in conjunction with one of our corporate clients Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corporation — will be donating one million shares of Biomagnetics Diagnostics common shares to Malaria No More in 2010. The organization is committed to establishing communications to engage the world resources to fuel the malaria fight and ensure there is adequate investment to accelerate progress toward ending deaths from malaria worldwide.
