Hi Joe. I seem to remember there was a cutoff date by which time YESD had to show material progress or else lose exclusivity for BIEL distribution in Japan. Is that correct, and if so, what has happened with that? Also somebody mentioned on a google board recently that you are no longer the BIEL PR guy or whatever. Is that true, and if so, is it related to the YESD Japan distribution? Would appreciate an update. Thanks.

Mike H. YesDTC has a one year deal with BIEL, so we have a long time to go still. Hope to have news out on the Japanese “FDA” very soon. Stay tuned. i am still the IR person for BIEL. Joe

Joe, when will we see the filed “form 4″ regarding the purchases that you have made in YESD stock? When can we expect to see the 2nd quarter filing for the company? Can we get working on getting financials, through the second quarter of 2010, audited before the company progresses to a point where the process gets more and more complicated, thus adding to the auditor’s task. The boost to consumer confidence, upon realizing the proposed transparency, would provide a tremendous boost to the pps, and foster further investment from present/potential investors.

Joe August 5, 2010 at 8:56 am

The lawyers are saying I do not need to file. It will however be included in the 10Q. The 10K for the 2nd Q is on track for filing with the SEC by the deadline, which is the 17th. The numbers will undergo the normal review by the auditors. I agree with you you that a full review by the auditor and keeping SEC filings up to date are both very important. I think we have done a great job so far – we plan to continue to do so – and at the same time grow revs fast for shareholders. Working hard. Joe

Crunch August 5, 2010 at 9:19 am

Mike, you want YESD to start conducting quarterly audits? I don’t any any company, public or private that does that. If the company is keeping their record in order than the auditor should have no problem conducting their annual audit at the beginning of next year.

Mike August 5, 2010 at 10:34 am

Crunch, I am not looking for quarterly audits, but given past associations, I want to know that what has been reported can be substantiated. Look at BIEL, CSKH, OPMG, etc.

Joe August 6, 2010 at 5:06 am

Mike and Crunch – At the end of the year there is a full audit. At the end of the quarter there is a financial review by the auditors. We will file our Q2 with the SEC on or before 8-17 and we plan to remain fully reporting and current with the SEC. Joe

Kais August 19, 2010 at 8:17 pm

Joe, those are your words:”…We will file our Q2 with the SEC on or before 8-17 and we plan to remain fully reporting and current with the SEC. Joe”.
Today is August 19th and you are late.

Joe August 20, 2010 at 11:36 am

Kais – yes, we are late. We are likely to file on Monday. We are still in good graces with the SEC and we received an automatic 5-day ext. Joe

Kais August 20, 2010 at 6:05 pm

Joe, for a while there were no news about YesDTC Inc, i mean almost three weeks now.
Do we expect with the Q2 monday some good news?
How do you see YesDTC Inc, and YESD stock in the coming short term?

Joe August 22, 2010 at 7:46 am

Kais – Things are moving right along at YESD. I don’t see much of a reason to put news out in this slow summer market. We will get an update out very soon after the holiday, however. W continue to run the Simply Music show with good results and other initiatives are picking up steam. Joe

Joe that is a very bad statement to make about YESD. using the slow market to not release news is ridiculous. These are public companies. Even slow markets have companies that flurish because CEO’s do not take your logic. I’m sorry, but you are doing this all wrong. Value should be established and retained for shareholders who took the risk to make these companies work. You appear to only worry about things when it could help private investors or yourself. Public companies number one concern, ALWAYS, should be shareholders. With your attitude of how to do this is the main reason many of your companies are struggling. Ive been watching some of yours I think could do ok. I also, am a pretty big holder in BMGP. And comments that you make about slow or fast markets, worry me that these could prove to be costly mistakes for us who chanced and invested. Because you aren’t taking advantage of fast markets in your logic. There have been explosive market days, and your companies didnt take advantage then. So picking sides instead of consistancy worries me now. You claim to have a lot of experience, but comments like this look very novice. These companies should be taking the nest care of themselves regardless of market sentiment. I dont want to sell out of BMGP, but im afraid you are giving management of these companies bad advice. Concerned investor now.

Isn`t today the last day for for the 5-day ext???????

Joe August 23, 2010 at 2:41 pm

Kais – Yes – Today is the final day. Joe

Kais August 23, 2010 at 3:11 pm

So why you didn`t file today as you said?

Joe August 23, 2010 at 4:35 pm

Kais – It was filed. Joe

Kais August 23, 2010 at 5:24 pm

Thank you Joe.

Kais August 24, 2010 at 11:49 am

Joe, As an investor in equities like you are, where do you see the price of YESD going in the very short term?

Joe August 25, 2010 at 1:46 am

Kais – Not sure where it is going in the short term. We are trying to build a platform for many different types of direct response products. The team is strong as is the product portfolio. We are in process of completing the infomercial for Medipendant (MDHI) and have several other strong brands ready to launch. We are now into revenue product mode and expect to see strong growth moving forward. Thanks for your interest. Joe
