An Update on a Few of the Stories we are Tracking – OPMG, BMGP, BIEL, TZPC, PASO, APNN, MDHI

There is certainly a lot going on with several of the companies we are tracking. Here’s a brief summary.

Options Media Group (OPMG) – This is the stock we feel investors should be watching most closely. Based on what we think is coming up, we think these shares are a steal at current levels. The Company recently announced it had finalized the acquisition of PhoneGuard, which holds the North American rights to the number one market share smart phone anti-virus software in the world. OPMG will also be introducing a revolutionary new product to the market that when loaded onto cell or smartphones will lock the keyboard when the handset is traveling at a rate faster than ten miles per hour. This “anti-texting while driving” software could be a huge hit. Cell and smart phone viruses in Asia and Europe are prevalent and will soon become a major issue here in the U.S. – and of course, we all know how much pressure is building against text while driving. Look for major new revenue producing initiative centering on these new products over the short term. Balance sheet is clean with good cash and no long term debt. OPMG shares should be strongly considered. Clearly, our favorite name short term.

Biomagnetics Diagnostics (BMGP) – CEO Hardman should be back from his long trip to India and Thailand where he met with health ministries and clinical trial partners. He has secured trial partners for both malaria and TB. Last week, the World Health Organization issued new guidelines that call for all suspected malaria patients to be tested prior to medication being administered. Currently, most clinics simply dose patients with malaria drugs first, since testing is often too expensive or not available at all. This is costing a fortune in anti-malaria drugs and causing shortages. The directive will likely cause many agencies to be more aggressive in the search for better diagnostic tools. Look for an additional Los Alamos agreement out of BMGP over the short term and for the Company to gear up demonstrations of the IOBS unit now that they have received the first unit for the lab. With only 64 mm shares outstanding, I think these shares are a steal. TB version should be out in August, which will also believe to be a major revenue opportunity.

Bioelectronics (BIEL) – I am just now wrapping up a long trip to Asia meeting with distribution partners for Bioelectronics and YesDTC products (I am the CEO of YesDTC for anyone who is unaware). Very strong interest in the Allay product out of distributors based in Hong Kong who want to take the product throughout Asia. Additionally, we are moving aggressively toward a regulatory filing for Japan, where it appears we will be classified as a Class I device – really good news for both BIEL and YESD. BIEL has now launched the Canadian DRTV spots and we should have data over the next few days. Recent additional conversations have taken place with FDA on the Allay and ActiPatch 510Ks. Both are still very much alive and Andy Whelan is indicating a full update to investors will likely be made available over the short term. It is good to see the process with the FDA still pushing forward. The new consultant helping with the process has provided valuable additional insight for the management team. Andy Whelan will be starting a brokerage road show early next week designed to both generate interest in the Company and to accelerate the 211C process for movement to OTC.

ThermaFreeze Products Corp (TZPC) – The retail rollout continues at a rapid pace. We have received lots of photos from the Company and from investors showing the products on the shelves of many stores. Most of these are East coast based. Look for rapid expansion west of the Mississippi over the coming weeks. Early store data looks encouraging. If you want a free sample of this innovative product, send me an email and we will send you some. Let’s all hope for a blazing hot spring and summer to drive ThermaFreeze product sales. Company clearly moving from development stage to revenue production stage.

Patient Access Solutions (PASO) – I poke fun at Bruce Weitzberg, CEO of PASO, every once in awhile because a few months ago when I would call him, he would answer the call on the first ring. Now I have to leave him a message because he says he is so busy with potential customers. PASO is starting to make headway selling both EMR and especially, its home health care targeted digital pen solution. We have been waiting for this revenue stream to begin, which now appears to be right around the corner.

Applied Nanosciene (APNN) – APNN is a bit of a shy company – however – investors who are willing to do homework should analyze this Company closely. The Company has a nanoparticle facial mask that is revolutionary. The Company has now been able to spray the solution onto mask material with actual production and revenue generation likely during Q2. If APNN can pull this off, it will be a great revenue stream. If all this sounds confusing, listen to the CEO interview here on the blog. This is an interesting technology and Company. Once revenue production begins, these shares should be aggressively purchased.

Medical Alarm Concepts (MDHI) – After a robust start to trading, shares have moved significantly lower as the Company has run low on funds to begin the major portion of its marketing programs. A new group of investors is likely to come to the rescue over the short term to provide these need funds. This product is unique in that it is the only personal medical alarm product that allows the owner to speak with emergency personnel directly through the pendant that is worn around the neck. For this reason, we continue to like this story. If they get the additional funding, which I believe they will, these shares should recover quickly and strongly. I am considering funding part of the required funds out of my own pocket. Stay tuned to this developing story.

Patient Access Solutions (PASO) – What’s happening at PASO is exciting. Over the past few months the management team at Patient Access Solutions has been hard at work introducing new products to the medical community. The first of these was the electronic medical records (EMR) system that is specifically designed for smaller physician practices that do not want to implement a complex server based platform. The product offering allows smaller physician practices, with one to five physicians, to quickly and inexpensively implement an EMR system. Recently, the Company also acquired the rights to market the MobiPen digital pen technology within North America. It appears these new product initiatives are beginning to result in numerous proposals to potential customers. Over the coming weeks, we expect some of these deals will begin to close, which would represent the first installation of revenue growth the Company has seen in quite some time. We believe these products can be winners for PASO. We also believe recent stock activity also points to the development of a strengthening business pipeline.

What We Are Watching for the Week of March 22, 2010

Here’s a summary of what we are watch for the week:

Options Media Group (OPMG) – We have a detailed update on Options Media Group (OPMG) on the blog this morning. We are expecting the Company to report year end 2009 numbers on Friday. Look for continued strong gross margins and a significantly cleaned up balance sheet that will likely show a strong cash balance, the elimination of virtually all long-term debt and financial ratios that are strongly improved. In the new blog posting we also describe the Company’s initiatives in the for profit social media space. Investors should watch for news from the Company over the short-term. We like the shares at this price.

Biomagnetics Diagnostics (BMGP) – It appears the Company’s additional agreement with Los Alamos is now completed and has been kicked up to the highest levels of the lab for final approval. Under the agreement the scientists at Los Alamos will develop the tuberculosis and cholera test cartridges and will develop an additional desktop prototype unit that will be shipped to India for both malaria test cartridge development and clinical trials. We are expecting the tuberculosis and cholera test products to be available in August. We continue to be very happy with the developments and believe this will be revolutionary technology when it is releases this summer. The accounting process has now been completed with the numbers going to the auditor. This will be the last step before the Company becomes fully reporting and files its paperwork to move to the over-the-counter market. This technology is worth tens of millions of dollars upon its release. We continue to compare it to the Abbott Labs product that won of the Wall Street Journal innovation awards – but in many ways we believe the BMGP technology will be better in that it is handheld, field deployable, cheaper on a per test basis and does not require highly skilled personnel for operation. At a current capitalization of only approximately $7 million, BMGP is severely undervalued. Watch closely as the story develops over the coming months – clearly one of our favorites.

BioElectronics Corp. (BIEL) – Extremely exciting to hear about the strong results in the Latin American market. Over the coming weeks expect the Company to significantly boost advertising spending in the Latin American market. If the same five to one revenue versus ad spending translates to the mass Latin American market, major revenue growth will result. Investors do not seem to be keying in on the recent product improvements, but I believe it is really important. The quality of the new version of ActiPatch is very impressive. The new back pain belt will be even more impressive as it will be the first bacl pain specific PEMF device on the market – the design is innovative – I am impressed. The audit continues, which should be one of the last steps before the Company is able to execute its OTC-related strategy. It is good to see management taking care of issues one by one. A coming surprise for investors? Watch the Q4 revenue number when it is released. I can hardly wait.

Applied Nanoscience (APNN) – Applied Nanoscience is a small company developing a nanoparticle-based mask to prevent bacterial and viral transfer from person to person. While the Company is pretty quiet, they had a major development last week that leads us to believe that revenue production in fact will occur during the June quarter. They have successfully applied to the nanoparticle to the mask filtration material and have produced several rolls that will be used by the mask manufacturer. We are waiting for further intellectual property protection developments to occur over the next couple of months. Once these protections are in place and the Company begins to produce in quantity, we believe some substantial revenue growth could result. Likely too early to pour new money into this name, but it is one we are closely monitoring as successes could really pop the stock in a very big way.

Extensions (EXTI) – We believe you are going to hear a lot about this company over the coming weeks. The management team, lead by search engine luminary Jeff Black, has developed a press release dissemination service that merges search engine optimization and social media networks. Companies who use EXTI’s Newwire.net press release dissemination service get articles written about the press release by EXTI’s army of independent journalists and bloggers. These articles are then added to the Newswire.net website. The Newswire team was recently notified by Google that the Newswire site has become an authorized Google news source. Google now scans the site every six minutes!!!! This usually results in the information from the press release moving to the top of Google search. It is an extremely powerful tool and could turn into a fast-growing revenue stream for EXTI. Company President, Jeff Black, was one of the original designers of the AltaVista search engine and was the founder and former CEO of Hotel.com. What they have designed here is pretty important and could be worth a substantial sum to investors. Watch for news over the coming weeks as this very important technology developed further. Jeff Black is the real deal and has assumed the lead role at this Company because he sees the substantial contribution EXTI can make towards the merger of Internet search and social media.

Clear Skies Solar (CSKH) – Clear Skies Solar remains one of our top picks. Shares have been beat up rather significantly, but the fundamentals of this business remain intact as financing returns to the solar industry and as several major customers accelerate their plans for solar installations. We have posted a full review here on the blog. We have been in very close contact with management over the past few days and have received a new briefing of corporate activities. Our opinion remains the same – the shares are severely undervalued at current levels. In our opinion, investors who purchased shares at current levels will be handsomely rewarded over the short-term.

Medical Alarm Concepts (MDHI) – Medical Alarm is another company that has suffered as major long-term shareholders have liquidated their positions. We believe the fundamentals of the story remain sound and we love the Company’s products. Last week, the Company announced Albertson’s supermarkets would begin carrying the product. We are expecting further retail expansion over the coming weeks and a new marketing and advertising program to be instituted to further get the word out to consumers about this revolutionary medical alarm technology. With approximately 250 million when fully converted shares outstanding, total market capitalization is only about $7 million. We think patient investors could make a lot of money by buying the shares at these currently severely depressed levels.

ThermaFreeze Products Corp. (TZPC) – We recently received a full briefing from the ThermaFreeze management team. Additionally, the CEO and Chairman did an audio interview which can be heard here on our blog. On the right of the homepage is a section labeled “CEO Interviews”. You can hear the interview by clicking on the ThermaFreeze tab. In the interview and during our briefing, management team members are extremely positive noting that the retail chains are now beginning to carry the ThermaFreeze artificial ice product. If you have never seen the ThermaFreeze product, you should call the Company and get a sample as it is pretty amazing stuff. There is also a full research report here on the blog that explains the technology and the Company’s distribution model. Over the coming weeks look for the Company to continue to announce additional retail distribution – if the product pulls through the retail channel, the shares should do very well.

Patient Access Solutions (PASO) – Patient Access Solutions recently acquired exclusive U.S. rights to a digital pen technology and process for the home healthcare market. Home healthcare is worth billions of dollars per year and this technology could significantly improve productivity among workers within this important sector of the U.S. economy. While we have not seen a huge number of deals being signed as of yet, bid activity at the Company appears to be through the roof. As a result, the management team is meaningfully adding to the sales staff. Investors should watch closely for developments of these prospects turning into paying customers as this would signal an important stage of revenue generation for PASO. Look for the Company to be out in front of these developments over the next several weeks as contracts begin to be awarded. This is clearly a name we will be watching closely as large share price percentage gains could be realized in the short-term.

Car Charging Group, Inc. (CCGI) – We recently completed an audio interview with the management team that can be heard here on the blog. According to the management team things are moving along as planned for CCGI. Throughout 2010 you will hear a lot about electric vehicles – the charging stations are a vital component that CCGI plans to bring into the fold. We do not expect a tremendous amount of near-term news on this name, but rather slow and steady progress toward winning deals to add this vital infrastructure.

KeyOn Communications (KEYO) – As was discussed in the Company’s recent conference call, KEYO was not successful in gaining federal broadband stimulus monies. The Company’s applications now move into round two, which we do not believe will be awarded until very late summer of 2010. We consider the investment to be dead money for the next few months until additional information about the Company’s round two applications is made available.

We are starting a new CEO audio interview program. The first three up and running on the blog are, BioElectronics Corp. (BIEL), Medical Alarm Concepts, Inc. (MDHI) and Patient Access Solutions (PASO). To listen to these interviews, simply click on the company name in the audio section on the right side of this blog page.

As many of you already know the BIEL interview was very positive as it answered many of the long standing questions from investors. I also think it did good job in explaning the importance of the new form factor that has been introduced and the growing international pipeline.

Both the MDHI and PASO interviews are also very positive with both CEOs stating the businesses are strong and that 2010 is expected to be their first year of major growth.

Expect more of these type of interviews from other CEOs to be posted our our blog over the coming days and weeks – Additionally, we will soon be adding video-based interviews, many of which will also show investors the corporate locations. Good luck to all – Joe Noel

What We Are Watching for the Week March 8, 2010 – BMGP, MDHI, BIEL, CSKH, PAP, PASO and AQUM

Biomagnetics Diagnostics (BMGP) – This weekend we added an update to the blog on BMGP. Click to the right under “Stocks Covered” and select Biomagnetics Diagnostics to view the update. Over the short term we are expecting Biomagnetics to complete an additional deal with Los Alamos Laboratories. The availability of this revolutionary integrated optical biosensor product is only a few months away. We believe it could revolutionize the testing for malaria, tuberculosis, cholera and HIV/AIDS. With the total market capitalization at only $7 million, we believe the shares are grossly undervalued. By the way, don’t forget to take a look at the new video on BMGP which is posted in the right margin of this blog page.

Medical Alarm Concepts Holdings, Inc. (MDHI) – Medical Alarm Concepts is a new name for Emerging Growth Research, LLP. We recently made a substantial long-term investment in this Company and we are very excited about its prospects. As baby boomers begin to retire and as the U.S. population continues to age, we believe products such as those offered by this Company will become increasingly popular. Remember the old TV commercial where the elderly woman falls and screams, “I’ve fallen and I can’t get up.”? – Medical Alarm Concepts offers a significantly upgraded version of the technology originally designed by the very successful Company that sponsored those advertisements. Click on the right side of this blog to review the full report issued today.

BioElectronics Corp. (BIEL) – We and the management team have several surprises in store for investors over the coming weeks. First, will be the release of a two part audio interview with CEO, Andrew Whelan. In the interview, which lasts a total approximately 35 minutes, he answers investor questions that have been posed over the past few weeks. While the first part of the interview will not be released until sometime on Monday and I do not want to reveal too much about what he says, I will tell you that he is extremely positive. Part two of the interview will be released on Tuesday.

As many of you know, the Latin American direct response television campaign launched last week. The thought within BioElectronics and among many large shareholders is that if the testing of the Latin American campaign is successful, then similar campaigns can also be successful in other parts of the world. While full details of the initial test of the market are still coming in, I can say that early indications are that the initial sales numbers are extremely strong. We will know more over the next few days as all of the data is gathered – but so far, things are looking very good.

With the audit through 2008 completed, the 2009 audit results likely being announced over the short term, the upgrading by pink sheets to fully reporting, and what appears to be extremely strong test results of the direct response program in Latin America, I can easily see BIEL shares making a significant recovery above and beyond the strong appreciation that was experienced during the second half of last week.

Clear Sky Solar (CSKH) – Some of my followers consider me being outright wrong on Clear Skies. While the stock certainly has not performed, we believe we are 100% correct in our assessment of the fundamentals. This week, Clear Skies holds an important board meeting where they plan on discussing the business pipeline moving forward and the proper methodology to communicate this message to investors. We believe this will be an important event, as we believe the decision will be made to become much more aggressive in communicating that financing is back within the solar industry and that CSKH will significantly benefit as this important industry once again begins to show hypergrowth.

Our opinion on Clear Skies has not changed one bit – these shares are significantly undervalued and are headed much, much higher. Buying at this reduced valuation is a smart move – Stay tuned.

KeyOn Communications (KEYO) – Last week, KeyOn received a notice from the federal government that all 11 of its applications for broadband stimulus funds had been rejected. Several weeks ago, we indicated to investors that if they were not already positioned in KeyOn, the investment of new funds was probably appropriate until the status of broadband stimulus funds was determined. We made a substantial investment in restricted shares of KeyOn last year, so we were clearly disappointed to see the rejections. The Company’s applications will now be forwarded to the second round of broadband stimulus funds, which is actually slightly larger than the first round. We hope that wireless vendors will be treated a bit better in the second round of the stimulus awards. KeyOn management will be holding a conference call after the close of trading on Monday, March 8th to discuss next steps. Our position remains the same on KeyOn – if they receive federal stimulus funds the stock will boom, but betting on it at this point with new money is probably not a great idea for most investors.

Pacific Asia Petroleum (PAP) – Our blog entries on Pacific Asian Petroleum are some of our most popular. We like what this AMEX NYSE listed company is doing, especially related to its new offshore Nigeria deal. The management team of this Company is very sound and has a stellar reputation in this industry. This week, we will be watching for at least one SEC filing that will give us some additional direction as to where these shares are headed. As soon as these filings are issued, will be back on the blog with some analysis – we are hoping he will be early this week.

Patient Access Solutions (PASO) – PASO has been a great stock for us and its investors over the past few months, moving up nearly 300%. Over the past couple of weeks we have seen the shares trade off modestly. We attribute this mainly to profit taking and the lack of news flow from the management team. We did an update with the CEO a few days ago and it appears the Company’s prospects remain stronger than ever. This is especially true relative to the Company’s digital pen application for the home healthcare market. Expect the Company to begin communicating the message of the strengthening of the business over the coming weeks. If shares weaken, we believe will be a strong buying opportunity.

Aquamer Medical Corp. (AQUM) – As many of you know, we love meeting new management teams. Last week, we had the opportunity to sit down with the management team of a unique company called Aquamer Medical Corp. We suggest you put this on your watch list, as it is a company in which we have significant interest. We will be back with all of you over the coming weeks as we complete our due diligence.

For the week of February 22nd we are closely watching several situations. Here’s the brief run down:

BIEL- The audit is now out and listed on the pink sheets site. It is through 2008, but does not include information on the 9-month review of the financials up to Sept 2009. Because this additional review has been completed we expect the full 2009 year end audit to be completed shortly. The release of these numbers should help on many fronts – calming investor fears, helping to execute an OTC (off pinks) strategy, lifting the DTC chill and we hope allowing trading at TD Ameritrade and Scottrade. With international heating up and the audit behind us, I think the price of BIEL shares will rise.

PASO – Press release out today about the company going live with it Electronic Medical Records (EMR) product offering. This is a very important event as the company has been selling the product for about 2 months, but can now flip the switch making it live, which allows the revenue to flow. With the EMR product now in revenue production stage and the home health care digital pen program beginning, 2010 should be a year of strong rev production for PASO. Congrats to the PASO management team for going live. EMR is a true growth area.

CSKH – As I have said – Clear Skies is probably the biggest value within my portfolio group. CEO has made some strong statements about growth and financing is back in the solar industry. The conference call tomorrow after the market close should educate any non-believers. A real undervalued situation. Check the press release today about the release of our new research report, which is not on this blog under the CSKH tab.

KEYO – We are on stimulus watch this week!!!! The feds have indicated that all award notifications will be made this week. As we have said many times over the past 6 months – We believe KEYO will get a significant award. We are clearly not the only ones believing this – take a look at the recent SEC filings. Investors have committed over $50 mm in financing to the company. If KEYO get its stimulus grants and awards this week, look for these shares to be up 50% to 100% in just a few days.

OPMG – We talked in detail to the CEO of OPMG this weekend. With a strong balance sheet, new sales initiative and growth coming back into the business we see these shares as being silly cheap. We will be talking about this name a lot over the coming weeks.

CCGI – I noticed the home page of Yahoo is sponsored by the Nissan Leaf electric car. These vehicles are rolling out in 2010 from several manufacturers. While the cars are coming and battery technology has improved, which increases range, most who follow this developing industry believe consumers won’t flock to the electric car until they can recharge it somewhere. This is where CCGI steps in. Take a look at the press release that will be out today and the report that will be issued later today. We think you will hear a lot about CCGI over the coming weeks and months.

BMGP – CEO Hardman is preparing for a big trip – heading to Mexico later this week to finalize the clinical trial with one of Mexico’s biggest labs. Over next few weeks headed to India to get things going there. We continue to believe the integrated optical biosensor technology developed by Los Alamos labs and controled by BMGP could rewrite field testing for pathogens. With a small float of only 64 mm shares, we see the total market cap of BMGP as being kind of silly relative to the overal opportunity.

Update On Patient Access Solutions (PASO)

We were able to talk to the CEO of PASO today. We are very excited about the electronic medical records products the Company recently introduced. The Company has now gone live with the product and is taking orders. According to the CEO, demand and interest are both strong. He indicates that interest in the digital pen and paper technology is also strong.

A couple of weeks ago PASO signed an exclusive deal with Catrel AB Sweden where Patient Access Solutions will became the exclusive U.S. Mobipen™ partner targeting the $55 Billion U.S. home healthcare market. Mobipen is a digital pen application, based on Anoto technology, for the home healthcare industry that takes handwritten documents and turns them into usable data that can be stored in computer systems. The technology allows for faster and more efficient documentation of patient care, improved document retention, better flow of information from the point of patient care into both electronic medical record and traditional healthcare oriented information technology environments. In Europe this product is selling well and if PASO can replicate this success here in the U.S., it will be able to drive substantial revenue growth.

Last week the Company announced that it has posted its financial statements for the nine month quarter ended July 31, 2009 on pinksheets.com. Patient Access Solutions is now in process of preparing its audited financial statements for the year ended October 31, 2009. These actions will likely lead to movement of trading to the OTC markets.

It looks like PASO is on track doing what they said they would do. We will be watching closely to determine the revenue ramp up of both of these new product lines. Joe Noel

What we are Watching for the Week of February 8, 2010 – KEYO, MFGD, CSKH, BIEL, PASO, OPMG

KeyOn Communications (KEYO) – We are predicting a major federal broadband stimulus award for KEYO – On Friday an institutional investor pledged up to $50 mm in financing to the Company. Such a commitment would not make sense without an award being pending. We are also predicting a major move higher in share price. See the full blog posting dated February 7th at – http://www.joenoelstocks.com/category/stocks-covered/keyon-communications-keyo/

Money4Gold (MFGD) – We have been telling everyone to buy these shares since the stock was at $0.21 – we are now up over 60% (to $0.34). The price of MFGD shares is going even higher in our opinion. Look for a blow away Q4:09 to be announced over the short term. We believe this strength will carry over into the current quarter. Our level of confidence is high. A summary of our views at http://www.joenoelstocks.com/category/stocks-covered/money4gold-holdings-mfgd/

Clear Skies Solar (CSKH) – We are underwater on our CSKH recommendation and we are not too thrilled about it. Volumes have been very strong after our recommendation and some positive news flow from the Company. This buying volume has been met by all too willing selling, resulting in a lower share price. We are now thinking this seller is “cleaned up” and out of the market. On Friday, the price recovered after several large blocks went through. We point to the very aggressive statements the CEO has made recently about the return of financing and the strong pipeline of business as indications that the fundamentals have rapidly improved. We are predicting a rapid rebound in the price of these shares. This is our top pick for 90-day price appreciation – no other stock comes even close on our confidence scale. The downward price movement only strengthens our resolve that this is a great pick at this level. Our last details blo post is at: http://www.joenoelstocks.com/category/stocks-covered/money4gold-holdings-mfgd/

BioElectronics Corp (BIEL) – After being promised for many weeks, I am hoping this is the week we finally get to see the auditor issue the final report from the audit. I am keeping my fingers crossed for this week. Current situation of delays is completely unacceptable.

Patient Access Solutions (PASO) – With the financial review by the auditor completed, expect to see the Company file paperwork with regulators and brokerage firms to move off the Pinks and over the OTC. Last week I called the CEO to joke with him that when his stock was $0.035 per share it was very easy to reach him – but now that shares trade at a new 52-week high ($0.105) I have to leave voice mail for him because it is too busy to pick up my call. While I was just kidding with him, he laughed and mentioned that the number of opportunities now coming to the Company relative to the new EMR and home health care products is causing him to work harder than ever – I love such comments from small cap CEO’s. Latest thoughts at: http://www.joenoelstocks.com/category/stocks-covered/money4gold-holdings-mfgd/

Options Media Group – (OPMG) – Expect to hear a lot from this Company over the coming weeks as the migration from traditional forms of advertising to mobile advertising continues to accelerate and as news flow heats up. We like the fixes to the balance sheet that have occurred recently – now debt free with more than $1 mm in cash available to grow the business. We suggest you add OPMG to your watch list. A nice trader that is getting a lot of attention – as news picks up there will be many investors willing to analyze the news and the potential for positive impact. We recently lissued a 20 page research brief on OPMG – go to this link to view: http://www.joenoelstocks.com/category/stocks-covered/options-media-group-holdings-opmg/

PASO Completes Nine-Month Financial Review by Auditor – Likely Moving to OTC BB

Patient Access Solutions has recently completed its nine-month financial review by its auditing firm. These results have now been posted – we see this as a clear sign of likely movement off of the pink sheets and onto the OTC BB.

We continue to like this story. Movement toward Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is being driven by strong federal government incentives and a growing desire to rein in growing healthcare costs. Most of the EMR systems out on the market are designed for large physician practices and hospital environments. The PASO product is specifically designed to target the underserved market for smaller physician practices – typically those with one to five doctors. The company is now offering the product to this community.

PASO has also recently made the announcement of an exclusive distributorship for an innovative “electronic pen” application that enables home health care workers to simply make entries with a pen and paper and have this information automatically downloaded to computerized databases. Considering the home health care market is valued at approximately $55 billion per year, we feel PASO’s opportunities relative to this area are vast.

With the financial review by the auditor out of the way and results posted, the way he is cleared for the company to become fully reporting. We would expect the next likely step to be the filing the paperwork with brokerage firms and regulators to move the trading of the stock to the over-the-counter market.

We have been very pleased with the return since our initial recommendation at $0.035 with shares hitting a new 52-week high yesterday at over . Considering the vast opportunities for the company and likely movement to the OTC BB, we believe there is additional upside to these shares. Congrats to all the longs in PASO – Joe Noel

PASO has been a teriffic stock for us and many investors - up over 300% since our initial recommendation. The stock has been strong because of the strong product offerings put forth by the company. The most important of these was the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) product that is geared for the smaller physician practices. As we have written in previous reports, larger physician’s offices and hospitals have a multitude of choices relative to the implementation of EMR. The smaller practices, however how far fewer options due mainly to cost and support issues. PASO has devised a product that is directly targeted at these smaller practices.

The company has also recently entered the home healthcare market through its exclusive partnership with a Swedish company that markets and innovative electronic pen system that allows the home healthcare worker to simply write in an ordinary manner and have this handwriting directly entered as text into computer systems. The home healthcare market is valued in excess of $55 billion per year within the United States alone. When we view the opportunity for PASO relative to small physician offices and home healthcare, it is very clear why investors have become excited about the companies opportunities.

The management team recently announced its intention to move to the OTC market and off of the pink sheets. An important component of this movement is the completion of a full financial review by an auditing firm. It now appears this review is virtually completed. This will allow the company to file the necessary paperwork with market makers and regulators in order to move back to OTC trading.

We were very positive on Patient Access Solutions (PASO) and we will be closely monitoring customer acquisition activities over the coming weeks. Joe Noel
